One flat weekly rate for every night and weekend. No surprises.
Your weekly rate
Base availability: $1,000 per week
Your phone line answered after-hours and weekends each week
Call package: $500 per week
This covers up to 50 calls / equivalent to 8.5 RN hours
Total weekly rate: $1,500
Approx $6,500 per month for this pricing/week
Your coverage hours
Weeknights: Monday to Thursday, 5:00 pm to 8:00 am (60 hours)
Weekends: Friday 5:00 pm to Monday 8:00 am (63 hours)
Total: every night and weekend (123 hours)
Holidays: approximately $315 added to that week
Holidays covered: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Every call includes
Hospice-experienced RN assessment
Documentation of every call
On-call team paged for visits if needed
Family follow-up to close the loop
